Applying For Study Permit/Visa
Once you receive your Letter of Acceptance, you will need to submit it at Canadian High Commission, Consulate or Embassy along with supporting documents to apply for your Study Permit/Visa. You can visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/student.asp or download and fill out the following documents
You will need to visit your nearest Canadian High Commission, Consulate or Embassy to apply for your Study Permit/Visa in Canada. Make sure that you will submit your application along with all required documents.
Upon a receipt of a response from the Canadian High Commission, Consulate or Embassy you should inform us the outcome of your application as soon as possible.
- Once Study Permit/Visa information is received by Epic College, we will send you your program details with classes schedule to make sure that you will arrive in Canada on time to start your study.
- If your Study Permit/Visa application is denied, you may request us a revised Letter of Acceptance with a new program start date in order to reapply for Study Permit/Visa.Your request for a revised Letter of Acceptance is valid for three months from the visa refusal date. There will be $100 fee to re-issue a new Letter of Acceptance. If you want to request a refund, you need to send us a copy of the Visa Refusal letter via e-mail to finance@epiccollege.ca
