Key Performance Indicator (KPI) surveys are used by the Ministry of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security (MCURES) to ensure public and colleges are delivering quality education that leads to the best employment outcomes for students.
As per the MCURES, KPI surveys assess performance in these areas:
- Graduation rate
- Graduate employment rate
- Graduate employment rate in the field of study
- Graduate satisfaction rate
- Employer satisfaction rate
This information is valuable to all stakeholders in post-secondary education. With this data, collected on an annual basis, students can make informed decisions leading to successful educational and career endeavours.
